
Chad Appleby
Senior Adviser / Principal
Chad has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and with Calm Wealth (formerly Bridges) since 2002.
He is a Certified Financial Planner® and a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA).
Chad has a Bachelor of Economics Degree (Adelaide University) and a Diploma of Financial Planning (Deakin University).
He enjoys building long term relationships with his clients, where putting the clients’ interest first and building trust is paramount. He prides himself on giving advice that is easy to understand and simplifies a lot of the complexity that can surround financial services.
Outside of work Chad enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travelling and sports.

Andrew Goodhand
Senior Adviser / Principal
Andrew has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and has been practicing as a financial planner since 2007.
Retirement planning is his specialty, helping clients maximise their position in the lead up to retirement and ensuring a smooth transition to a new way of life. He enjoys creating long lasting advice relationships with his client and cuts through all the jargon to provide peace of mind around their financial needs.
Andrew holds the highest designation afforded to financial planners – CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and is a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA). Andrew also holds a Master of Financial Planning (Kaplan).
Outside of work Andrew enjoys spending time with his young family, camping, and playing golf.

Leah Palazzo
Senior Adviser / Principal
Leah started working in the Financial Services industry in 2000.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Adelaide and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Leah enjoys building long term relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals throughout the different stages of their lives.
She is dedicated to educating her clients and explaining financial strategies in easy to understand terms so they can make informed decisions.
Her aim is to make a difference in her client’s lives and deliver peace of mind in relation to their financial affairs.
Outside of work Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as socialising with friends.

Matthew Schutz
Senior Adviser / Principal
Matthew has worked in the financial service industry since 2004 and became and financial planner in 2010.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) from Kaplan Professional Education.
As a financial planner, Matthew’s goal is to help people become financially comfortable, reduce financial stress and make for a more enjoyable life.
Outside of work Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and twin girls. He especially enjoys watching and helping out with his girls sporting activities.

Domenic Gullifa
Senior Adviser / Principal
Domenic has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and has worked for some of the nation’s biggest financial institutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics (UWS Nepean), Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment (Finsia) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning (Kaplan).
Domenic works in partnership with his clients to anticipate their life transitions and be financially prepared for them to achieve their best life possible.
Outside of work Domenic enjoys spending time with his young family, keeping fit and volunteering with Camp Quality.

Alison Foxford
Personal Assistant / Client Services
Alison joined the Adelaide team in 2010 and has over 30 years of experience within the financial planning industry.
Alison has completed her Diploma of Financial Planning and Aged Care. She enjoys the rapport built by helping our existing clients, providing a high level of customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
Alison's key responsibilities include handling all client enquiries, preparing and implementing client strategies and client contact/communications.
Ali now has two beautiful grandsons whom she loves to spend as much time with them as possible.

Patsy Gardner
Personal Assistant / Client Services
Patsy joined Calm Wealth (formerly Bridges Adelaide) in 2008 in our Client Services team. Since joining she has provided exceptional service to our clients.
Her role is diverse and her responsibilities include looking after our clients, processing queries and share trades. Prior to joining Bridges, Patsy worked for 25 years in customer service and administration.
Patsy lives locally and outside of work she enjoys travelling, cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.

Katrina Marsh
Personal Assistant / Client Services
Katrina joins CalmWealth with over 18 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry. Katrina started with us in July 2023.
Having held various roles over the years, Katrina will utilise these skills gained to engage with clients and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Outside of work Katrina enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys watching her daughters in their chosen sporting activities.

Michelle Johanson
Client Services / Receptionist
Michelle returns to CalmWealth (formerly Bridges) after being at home to raise her family for the last 16 years.
Michelle started her career in the financial services industry with a role at the Commonwealth Bank in 1996, before moving into Financial Planning when originally joining Bridges in 2001. While spending a few years focusing on her family, Michelle has maintained a behind the scenes role as a Paraplanner working from home over the last 10 years, taking advantage of the flexibility working from home offers while continuing to be challenged in a role that keeps her interest in financial services active.
When not working Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting out in the garden or heading to the Yorkes in the warmer weather.
